DDBS offers a middle
market hourly rate. We provide you with
professional customized design services specifically
with your client market in mind. The initial
consultation and needs assessment is free.
Standard Rate
The standard rate
applies to design and development services.
Additional costs are considered contingency or expense
charges. DDBS will provide you with a proposed
estimate immediately after the initial consultation.
Contingency Costs
Contingency costs
covers elements of the project not covered by the
contract and may include rush rates (20%) for projects
with an immediate deadline, and charges for changes to
the project outside of the contractually defined scope.
Expenses
Expenses are incurred
when projects require use of materials or vendors
outside of work other than design work performed
exclusively by DDBS. Expenses include:
- Color photos, film
development, and other pre-press production
- Specialty paper
purchases (usually included in printing costs)
- Print coordination,
pick up/delivery, shipping & handling costs
- Sub-contracting &
other vendor costs
Billing & Payments
30% of the estimated
project costs are due upon contract acceptance and
signing unless the project is small in nature or of
short duration.
Progression payments
for project milestones may be indicated in the statement
of work.
Invoices are submitted
upon project completion and payment in full is due upon
delivery.
All projects are
subject to the
License Agreement, Terms and Conditions.
